HVAC Lead Installer

What you'll do

• Install and replace HVAC equipment, ductwork, split systems, and rooftop package units
• maintain the company vehicle and its stock, tools, parts, and safety equipment
• travel to job sites in the service area and coordinate schedules with dispatch
• design duct systems for comfort and efficiency
• discuss customer concerns and potential equipment options
• prepare invoices and process payments
• participate in training
• coach and mentor apprentices and entry-level installers.
