What you'll do

• Provide preventive skin care, dressing changes, and wound care
• monitor resident turning and positioning
• document and communicate decubitus ulcer treatment with physicians and families
• make physician rounds as needed
• assess nutrition and hydration weekly for residents with Stage I–IV ulcers and initiate additional intake as required
• maintain and restock the treatment cart
• follow infection-control procedures.
