Resident Care Assistant

The Resident Care Assistant role is onsite in Broomfield, CO, with pay of $17–$20 per hour. The position supports residents in assisted living at Greenridge Place Memory Care, whose stated purpose is to engage, protect, and care for people living with memory loss. The assistant provides personal care and protection while helping residents maintain safety and participate in daily routines. The role also supports the care team through observation, documentation, and timely response to resident needs and emergencies.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, hygiene, dressing, grooming, bed making, blood pressure checks, ambulation, and activities
• report unusual symptoms and problems
• monitor and respond to emergency calls
• assist dining staff as needed
• maintain daily records
• support safety procedures and emergencies
• and attend in-service training.

Why this role

Open shifts include Friday and Saturday, 2 p.m.–10:30 p.m., and an AM shift from 6 a.m.–2:30 p.m.; First Aid and CPR certification are required.
