What you'll do
- Monitor networks, cloud environments, databases, DNS, and authentication services
- acknowledge, investigate, and triage alerts
- respond to incidents affecting live services
- follow escalation procedures
- document incidents and prepare shift handoffs and service-status summaries
- participate in incident retrospectives and escalation calls
- and provide feedback to improve reliability.
