What you'll do

• Assist residents as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living
• follow the schedule of resident needs set by a supervisor
• provide emotional and social support
• document assistance in daily logs
• inform a supervisor of resident issues or concerns
• respect confidentiality and encourage resident independence and dignity.
