Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Answer customer and agency phone calls and emails
• document inquiries about project information, work orders, service requests, and invoices
• schedule customer appointments
• coordinate daily technician assignments with service estimators and material coordinators
• relay updates, file applications, obtain permits, and schedule inspections
• coordinate the technicians’ rotating weekend and holiday on-call schedule
• answer calls during assigned after-hours and weekend coverage and dispatch on-call technicians
• calculate service costs, enter invoices and job records, and handle mail and deliveries.
