The Laundry Supervisor — Hotel Laundry role is onsite in Middleburg, VA, with starting pay of $25 per hour. The position supports laundry operations at Salamander Middleburg, a luxury resort, and works with the Housekeeping team. The supervisor oversees daily processing and distribution of guest linens, uniforms, and housekeeping inventory, leading staff and maintaining quality, safety, and service standards that support the resort guest experience. Availability may include weekends, holidays, and morning or afternoon shifts.

What you'll do

• Supervise daily laundry operations
• train and coach laundry staff
• monitor sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding, and distribution
• inspect quality
• maintain linen inventory
• ensure proper equipment use and maintenance
• promote workplace safety and compliance
• assist with scheduling and workflow
• support Housekeeping leadership
• lead team communications
• serve as Manager on Duty for Laundry and Housekeeping when assigned.
