The role supports adults with developmental disabilities through direct care and supervision of staff. It contributes to clients’ daily well-being by assisting with personal care, medication, meals, activities, transportation, and monitoring, while helping coordinate home schedules and required assessments.

What you'll do

• Assist adults with developmental disabilities with hygiene and grooming, medication administration, nutritious meals and snacks, recreational activities, transportation to appointments and activities, and light housekeeping.
• Supervise staff, monitor duties, complete computer assessments, schedule the home, and serve as schedule backup.
• Drive to out-of-town appointments as needed.
