What you'll do

• Manage multiple real estate projects through planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
• prepare scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality controls, and risk plans
• report project status
• coach project managers
• conduct proposal and bid evaluations
• resolve schedule and delivery issues
• facilitate project meetings and guide implementation.
