What you'll do

• Tour prospective residents and explain community features and amenities
• respond to calls and emails
• inspect tour paths and market-ready units
• post listings as directed
• process applications and prepare leases
• manage prospect records and follow-up in Yardi
• monitor screening policies and fair-housing requirements
• recommend pricing, concessions, and promotions
• assist with common-area cleanliness as needed.
