What you'll do

• Lead collections and customer account follow-up
• partner with Sales on credit risk and disputes
• oversee invoice and payment processing
• maintain vendor information
• report financial information
• improve workflows and automation in Epicor P21, DocRecord, or similar systems
• maintain policies, controls, and document workflows
• support general-ledger integration and period-end close
• monitor cash activity and trends
• support cash-flow forecasting
• and lead, train, and evaluate accounts receivable and payable staff.
