What you'll do

• Provide administrative and operational support to the service department
• assist managers, supervisors, and advisors with daily tasks, scheduling, and communication
• create, update, and close work orders
• enter technician labor, parts usage, and service notes
• assist with repair scheduling, customer updates, warranty claim documentation, and invoice preparation
• maintain organized service records and files
• communicate with parts, rental, and other departments
• support phones, emails, and customer check-ins
• assist with training new clerical or administrative employees and identify process improvements.
