Contact Center Representative

Job overview

The Contact Center Representative role is based onsite in Troy, MI, with hybrid arrangements available after four to six months of successful employment. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Compensation is $19–$20 per hour. The role supports member service at Cornerstone Community Financial Credit Union. The representative responds to member questions through phone and digital channels, processes transactions and account updates, researches concerns, and recommends or refers members to appropriate products and services. The role helps make banking easier while meeting service standards and supporting member relationships.
