What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• implement evidence-based interventions and oversee treatment plan execution
• supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians in line with BACB guidelines
• maintain timely documentation
• collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members
• follow company policies, BACB ethical standards, and HIPAA requirements.
