What you'll do

• Stock, straighten, and clean the bakery department
• provide customer service
• schedule and supervise department team members
• order products to support sales and minimize shrink
• label, stock, and merchandise prepared bakery goods and bread
• follow and ensure adherence to markdown guidelines
• rotate merchandise
• check and update signage
• coordinate with supervisors and vendors on merchandising plans and order quantities
• operate department equipment
• assist other store departments as needed.
