What you'll do

• Lead daily guest-facing food and beverage, EVS, and facilities coordination
• hire, train, schedule, and coach assigned team members
• oversee beverage service, inventory, and guest concerns
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• coordinate maintenance, work orders, vendors, and inspections
• manage budgets and operating expenses
• support safety, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
