Project Technician

The Project Technician is a full-time onsite position in Charlotte, NC, with starting pay of $19–$24 per hour based on work experience and skills. The role supports assigned property projects, with the objective of delivering facilities that are attractive, functional, compliant, and safe for residents and employees. The technician completes and expedites construction, remodeling, and maintenance projects while maintaining quality workmanship. The role also requires courteous interaction with residents, vendors, contractors, and coworkers.

• Complete assigned projects for designated properties
• perform or support general construction, remodeling, carpentry, tile work, painting, power washing, and landscaping
• ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion
• maintain professional and helpful interactions with residents, vendors, contractors, and employees.

Why this role
