The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) — Senior Living role is onsite in Kings Mountain, NC, with compensation of $10.00–$16.00 per hour. The PCA provides direct resident support, assists with daily living activities, monitors and reports health or behavior changes, encourages social engagement, and helps maintain a safe and comfortable living environment while promoting residents’ dignity and independence.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals, feeding, hydration, and personal hygiene
• observe and report changes in health, behavior, or physical condition
• provide medication reminders and monitor for adverse reactions
• offer companionship and encourage participation in activities
• maintain clean, organized, and safe living areas
• follow infection-control and safety protocols
• respond to emergencies according to established procedures.
