• advise business capability owners on technology initiatives and total cost of ownership
• translate business goals into technical designs
• architect solutions across manufacturing modalities
• evaluate emerging Industry 4.0 technologies
• assess project risks
• manage vendor relationships
• communicate architecture to executives
• champion GxP compliance, data integrity, security, and safety.
