Rehabilitation Manager

The Rehabilitation Manager role is onsite in Newark, NJ, with compensation of $125,528–$153,046.40 per year plus bonus. WelbeHealth’s PACE program helps seniors continue living in their homes and communities through comprehensive, whole-person care delivered by an interdisciplinary team. The manager coordinates rehabilitation therapy programs, oversees staff and department planning, and ensures services meet clinical, professional, and regulatory standards. The role supports participant care through program leadership and, when needed, direct treatment within the manager’s practice area.

What you'll do

• Provide program knowledge and administrative guidance for therapy programs
• oversee participant appointment preparation and delegated treatment programs
• manage speech therapy contracts as needed
• follow rehabilitation, PACE, and ADHC regulations
• communicate staffing and operational needs to center and clinical leaders
• conduct home visits as needed to oversee services, equipment setup, or provide in-person treatment.
