The Certified Surgical Technologist role is onsite in Apple Valley, CA, with local pay of $44–$46 per hour and traveler pay of $45–$50 per hour. The 13-week assignment is scheduled for three 12-hour day shifts, with shift times of 6:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. or 10:30 a.m.–11:00 p.m. The role supports operating-room procedures and includes scheduled on-call coverage. The technologist performs operating-room duties, scrubs for procedures, maintains the sterile field, and supports a range of surgical cases. The role contributes to safe procedures by following sterile technique and facility policies and by floating to the Outpatient Surgery Pavilion as needed.

What you'll do

• Perform surgical technologist duties in the operating room
• scrub for procedures and maintain the sterile field
• support orthopedic, spine, total joint, vascular, urology, gynecological, and laparoscopic cases
• assist with C-sections, hysterectomies, and D&C procedures
• participate in scheduled on-call coverage
• float to the Outpatient Surgery Pavilion
• follow facility policies and procedures.
