What you'll do
- Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance

- repair doors, locks, windows, screens, and fixtures
- paint and clean interior and exterior surfaces
- replace bulbs and repair or replace light fixtures
- clean and replace air filters and maintain HVAC systems
- assist with heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- maintain appliances and facility equipment
- participate in fire drills and life-safety activities
- complete safety audits and records
- maintain resident safety equipment
- assist with carpentry, drywall, ceiling tile, caulking, and flooring repairs
- respond to maintenance requests.
