What you'll do

• Support NetSuite upgrades, enhancements, user access, and maintenance
• respond to user support inquiries
• document business requirements, processes, and data flows
• create reports, test plans, and training documents
• develop and test customizations
• support software and hardware integrations
• assist with onboarding and offboarding access
• improve internal reporting.
