What you'll do

• Obtain daily production schedules and preparation requirements from the Chef
• prepare items using production sheets, quantities, and recipes
• complete production and waste logs
• taste completed meals for quality
• operate and clean equipment
• store, label, and date food
• follow HACCP and sanitation requirements
• take and fulfill customer orders and serve customers at multiple stations
• resolve customer concerns.
