Tax & Accounting Advisory Manager

The Tax & Accounting Advisory Manager role is hybrid, with at least two days per week in the New Bloomfield and/or Wormleysburg, PA offices; the listing location is Lemoyne, PA. Compensation is $100,000–$135,000 per year plus performance incentive. RWM & Company serves business owners across central Pennsylvania and Maryland. The manager leads a portfolio of business owners and high-net-worth individuals, combining tax advisory, accounting advisory, technical preparation and review, and team development. The role helps clients make informed decisions year-round while contributing to the firm’s advisory-first and technology-enabled services.

What you'll do

• Own client relationships and lead tax-planning and accounting-strategy meetings
• prepare and review individual, S corporation, and partnership returns and financial statements
• provide clear recommendations and follow-through
• use and improve workflow tools, including AI and automation where appropriate
• coach junior staff and explain review feedback
• support client service and professional judgment.

Why this role
