What you'll do

• Lead regional growth across Omaha and the broader Nebraska market
• oversee individualized, ethical ABA treatment quality
• manage regional staffing, scheduling, and relationships with schools and referral sources
• recruit, mentor, and develop BCBAs and RBTs
• ensure services and operations align with BACB ethics, state regulations, and payer requirements
• expand access to ABA services.
