What you'll do

• Evaluate assigned patients and plan, implement, and document nursing care
• assist physicians during examinations and procedures
• perform patient tests and administer medications within RN scope
• establish patient-care goals and teach patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care
• perform general rehabilitation nursing duties in collaboration with therapy
• float to Swing, MedSurg, or Stepdown depending on facility need and RN scope. Day shifts are 6:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
• call is required and varies with census.
