Associate Attorney

The attorney manages litigation files, drafts and files pleadings, advocates for clients in court and other proceedings, and negotiates settlements. The role also evaluates case merits and risk, maintains compliance with laws and procedures, and updates case records using internal software.

What you'll do

• Communicate with team members and outside parties
