What you'll do

• Coordinate communication between sales and operations, finance, logistics, and customer service
• support customer accounts and retention
• conduct outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries
• qualify and route leads
• maintain Zoho CRM data
• assist with pipeline progression, order processing, sales enablement, training, market analysis, and competitive research.
