What you'll do

• Assist with preparing and processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders
• request and compare vendor quotations
• communicate with suppliers about orders, pricing, availability, and delivery
• track and expedite orders
• maintain supplier information and purchasing records in company systems
• monitor inventory and reorder needs
• help resolve discrepancies with Receiving, Accounting, and Finance
• verify invoices, packing slips, and proof of delivery
• prepare spreadsheets and reports
• support domestic and international purchasing activities and follow company purchasing procedures.
