What you'll do

• Partner with the Vice President of Advisor Development on marketing strategies, plans, benchmarks, and progress updates
• lead the Advisor Marketing Program and meet with Silver Advisors regularly
• track advisor progress
• build relationships with leadership and senior advisors
• support team development
• represent the firm in the Salt Lake City community
• connect advisors with business and community groups
• assist with recruiting interviews and hiring
• coordinate training and office visits.
