Billing Specialist

What you'll do

• Review completed calls and ensure they are posted
• obtain backup information and correct invoices as needed
• review invoices against call types and customer contracts
• credit invoices when needed
• approve service and project invoices after corrections
• reconcile invoice adjustments and approvals
• coach on invoicing errors
• identify process trends
• monitor missing-freight orders
• ensure ancillary charges are included
• coordinate equipment serial number and inventory-location corrections.
