Shipping and Receiving Associate

The Shipping and Receiving Associate role is onsite in Miami Lakes, FL, with pay of $19 per hour. At RRD, the shipping department supports the movement and shipment of printed products and customer samples as part of the company’s marketing, packaging, print, and supply-chain services. The role handles shipping and receiving tasks, documentation, and material staging to ensure products are prepared to customer specifications and service-level agreements. It also coordinates with customers, suppliers, customer service, production, and management to support safe and efficient operations.

What you'll do

• Handle shipping and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment, and finished products
• check goods against shipping documents
• pack goods and prepare bills of lading
• unload and verify incoming materials and maintain receiving records
• operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts
• maintain files and documentation
• inspect shipments for conformance
• follow safety and quality procedures.
