What you'll do

• Operate equipment and monitor processes in an assigned area
• load and unload machines and conveyors
• feed materials through production equipment
• inspect products for quality and safety
• move finished products and raw materials
• clean and sanitize assigned areas
• complete housekeeping
• report food-safety issues and equipment problems
• participate in start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers, and cleaning
• record observations, downtime, and operational data
• perform minor troubleshooting.
