Service Desk Technician

What you'll do

• Provide initial customer contact and incident resolution for hardware, software, and application problems
• resolve incidents during the first call when possible
• document resolution and status in the incident PSA tool
• provide day-to-day support for localized PC issues
• create and manage user accounts
• provide remote troubleshooting
• update standard operating procedures
• participate in change management
• communicate and escalate issues
• provide polite and friendly customer service.
