What you'll do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments
• diagnose and manage psychiatric and behavioral health conditions
• prescribe and monitor medications as clinically appropriate
• develop individualized treatment plans
• follow up on treatment effectiveness
• educate staff and families
• round at assigned facilities
• maintain clinical documentation
• integrate pharmacological and behavioral interventions, emphasizing non-pharmacological treatment when appropriate.
