What you'll do

• Record and classify financial transactions
• reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• review client records and correct discrepancies
• manage bill payments and loans
• collect and process invoices
• file 1099 forms and calculate sales tax
• handle payroll filing and reporting
• maintain spreadsheets, submit daily reports, and track time by client.
