What you'll do

• Greet and assist showroom and lot customers
• consult on vehicle needs
• stay current on Ford specifications, performance, safety technology, and EV innovations
• conduct customer demonstrations
• use dealership CRM for pre- and post-sale follow-up
• guide customers through vehicle selection, trade-in evaluations, financing options, and delivery
• prepare vehicles for showroom display and test drives.
