What you'll do

• Prepare and cook food with attractive plate presentation
• follow menu recipes, preparation, plating, portion, and handling instructions
• maintain FIFO inventory and date incoming products
• stock service lines and storage with needed items and utensils
• clean food-preparation surfaces and kitchen equipment
• keep dry and refrigerated storage areas organized and clean.
