The Partner Manager — Lifestyle and Wellness role is hybrid, based in Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY, with in-person meetings and an expectation to work from an office two to three times per week. The role also brings creator feedback into Spotify and helps shape scalable partner approaches and product adoption.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of creators
• identify, recruit, and onboard creators and video content in Fitness
• connect creators with products, programs, and opportunities
• use performance and audience data to advise on strategy
• develop and test creator support approaches
• collaborate across Spotify
• share creator feedback and portfolio insights to inform content and product strategy.
