The role also contributes medication expertise to interdisciplinary care rounds and manages medication inventory and regulatory documentation.

What you'll do

• Review medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, interactions, and allergies
• prepare, compound, and dispense medications
• counsel patients and caregivers
• monitor drug therapy and recommend adjustments with physicians
• participate in multidisciplinary rounds
• manage medication inventory, storage, and disposal
• comply with pharmacy regulations and documentation requirements.
