What you'll do

• Coordinate daily workflow for technicians and apprentices
• assign repair work based on experience, workload, and shop priorities
• provide technical guidance and hands-on assistance with complex diagnostics and repairs
• review completed work for quality and accuracy
• ensure repair orders and documentation are completed on time
• support technician training and mentoring
• communicate repair status and workflow issues to management
• help maintain tools, equipment, inventory, safety, organization, and productivity standards
• assist with hiring and onboarding as requested.
