What you'll do

• Assist with formation of private investment funds
• draft and review fund agreements and related documentation
• support sponsor-side and investor-side representations
• assist with regulatory compliance, co-investment vehicles, secondary transactions, legal research, and transactional due diligence
• collaborate with partners and senior attorneys.
