Fleet and Training Manager

What you'll do

• Manage company vehicles, trailers, heavy equipment, and support assets
• develop fleet strategies and preventive maintenance schedules
• coordinate assignments, inspections, repairs, and vendor work
• maintain DOT, California vehicle, environmental, and company safety compliance
• manage fleet budgets and costs
• track performance metrics
• develop and deliver driver, equipment, and safety training
• maintain training records and report performance to the Senior Director of HSS&E.
