What you'll do

• Work at Garde Manger, fry, sauté, and grill stations
• execute prep lists and POS tickets
• maintain food quality and consistency according to recipes and standards
• follow kitchen schedules, par lists, and opening and closing procedures
• maintain cleanliness, FIFO, and food-safety and storage practices
• support the service team in meeting guest needs.
