What you'll do

• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance for building envelope projects.
• Manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee testing programs including roofing, air barrier, and fenestration inspections.
• Recruit, train, and mentor division personnel.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
