Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

What you'll do

• Lead client workshops and focus groups to gather and document requirements
• translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• analyze gaps between legacy processes and ServiceNow out-of-the-box functionality
• develop Agile processes and standard operating procedures
• review stories for readiness and quality
• mentor junior developers and analysts
• review functional designs and test scripts
• create process maps, workflows, and data models
• advise stakeholders on ServiceNow practices
• coordinate with system architects
• ensure designs address Section 508 and FISMA/NIST controls
• develop and execute user acceptance testing plans
• prepare procedures, user guides, and training materials.
