What you'll do

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• coordinate or complete repairs to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, sprinkler, and other systems
• maintain building interiors, exteriors, common areas, and grounds
• respond to maintenance requests
• assist with preventive maintenance
• maintain assigned equipment and vehicles and stock supplies
• respond during inclement weather according to agency procedures
• collaborate with facilities and other departments.
