What you'll do

• Greet guests and conduct vehicle walk-arounds
• write repair orders based on customer input and technical information
• coordinate workload and timelines with technicians
• provide updates, estimates, and options
• review multipoint inspections
• coordinate parts availability
• manage appointment flow
• contact guests about completed work and pickups
• support quality check-ins and vehicle delivery
• close repair orders, process payment, and follow up on satisfaction.
