The supervisor provides clinical oversight and operational leadership for intake programs, staff, and services. Through supervision, documentation review, quality monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, the role supports compliant, evidence-based, trauma-informed care and positive member outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee assigned clinical services, programs, and treatment teams
• provide clinical supervision, consultation, and professional development
• review and approve clinical documentation
• monitor program performance, outcomes, and quality measures
• support audits, chart reviews, accreditation, and quality improvement
• consult on complex clinical situations, treatment planning, risk management, and member care
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on engagement, care coordination, and outcomes.
